Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our Remote Helpdesk, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution. Please click on the name of the technician you are working with.

Placing a service call has never been easier. In fact, all you have to do is complete a short form or you may contact us directly at 423-855-5224 (Dalton, GA 706-259-4458). Service requests are also accepted by email at service@cbmtn.com.

Our normal service hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.

Complete the Network Survey so that our networking staff can get familiar with your network infrastructure to ensure your new equipment is compatible and properly equipped.
